Refund & Returns Policy

The Glass Printery produces custom-printed drinkware made to order. As such, we do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind.
Custom Printed Products
All products are manufactured to customer specifications, including logo placement, colour selection and quantities. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
Because items are customised, they cannot be returned for resale.
Faulty or Defective Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged or defective, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt.
We may request:

Photographic evidence

Batch details
-
Return of samples for inspection
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

Replace the affected goods, or

Provide a remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law
Breakages in Transit
Any breakages during delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and include photographic evidence of both the product and packaging.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.
For business-to-business transactions, where permitted by law, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act are contracted out.
